Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IJM Marketing website and any services provided by IJM Marketing LLC ("IJM Marketing," "we," "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
IJM Marketing provides paid advertising management, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, website creation, and related tracking and reporting, primarily for car detailing businesses. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate written agreement.
Engagement and payment
- Services are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. There is no long-term contract required.
- Fees, billing cycles, and advertising budgets are set out in your engagement agreement. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta and Google is separate from our management fees.
- Either party may end the engagement with reasonable notice as described in the engagement agreement.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing timely access to required accounts, assets, and approvals, and for ensuring that any materials you supply are accurate and that you have the rights to use them.
Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms including Meta and Google. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for changes to their policies, pricing, or availability. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.
No guarantee of results
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control. We apply a documented, data-driven process, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific results, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables created for you become yours upon full payment. We retain the right to use general methods, know-how, and non-confidential learnings in our ongoing work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IJM Marketing's total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
